What to expect

Your purchase, step by step

Sale agreed

Once both conveyancers are confirmed, the agent issues a Memorandum of Sale.

Searches & enquiries

We investigate the title, raise enquiries and order your property searches.

Exchange of contracts

Once your mortgage offer is in and everything is signed, you’re legally committed.

Completion

We send the funds to the seller’s conveyancer and the keys are released. You can move!
